Gaia

While Kraftwerk discovers the rainforest,  Ray Lema refines his vision of Africa as a reference point for the rest of the world. With ‘Gaia’, Lema arises as a precursor. This is surely the most successful musical work in terms of music, mixing machines and instruments performed on disk, an organic approach and a synthesis full of perspicacity and spirit.
